Cancellation & Late Policy:
We require 24-hour advance cancellation. Appointments cancelled less than 24-hours will be charged 50% of the total service cost. "No-Shows" will charged 100% of the total service cost. All services over $150, require a credit card to be on file.
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. Please note: we cannot guarantee your service and we may need to be reschedule, a $30 late fee will be assessed. KNX Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is a "no show" for more than one appointment. For full details:
